If your order is:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • FlexoriaStore is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us immediately after placing the order

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package
